NDPTL High Level Meeting 2014 convened in Moscow on 3 December under the chairmanship of the Russian Federation.
The HLM was opened by a welcome speech by Mr. Maxim Sokolov, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, in which he appreciated the work done by the Partnership and urged the partners to use the results achieved so far and, valuing previous efforts, to proceed with further development of the NDPTL cooperation. Mr. Sokolov, and the representatives of the other partners emphasised the practical nature of the NDPTL and hoped for future fruitful cooperation.
The meeting was held in the form of constructive dialogue and good atmosphere.
