On 23 November 2011, in Moscow, the NDPTL High Level Meeting will convene under the Russian High Level Chairmanship.
The meeting will be attended by delegations from the NDPTL partner states, and also representatives from the international financial institution (IFI), Nordic Investment Bank.
The delegations are expected to hold a session on the achievements of the cooperation between the partnership states, the European Commission and IFIs.
